Today I'm meeting with some faculty at school to discuss building a temporary wood-fired cob oven at school. It will allow me to work with the material prior to this summer, and honestly eat some good pizza. This summer will be a lot of hard work but I'm excited for the outcome, especially having lots of friends over to complete it.
From now on I'll be updating about that project, but it won't be until after spring break as I'll be in milan. I'll also be updating facebook for those familiar with me to stay in touch/hopefully assist.
